Vicente Beneítez
Founding principal

Master in Architecture and Sustainability. 2003 – 2004. Fundación Politécnica de Cataluña. Barcelona.
1986-1991: Assistant Architect at EDUARD BRU architects.
1991-2000: Project Architect at PINEDA architects, Arquitecto (AP).

Since 2001 he collaborates in architectural joint venture teams working in international and national projects. BniT has worked along with several and well known Architecture Practices as B720 (FV), FOA (AZ), Patricio Martínez y Maximiá Torruella (MT), Tabuenca& Leache (TL), Santiago Carroquino (SC), Joaquín Hernández (JH), Juan Caballero (JC), Francisco Candel (FC).

Born in Barcelona in 1957, Vicenç Beneítez studied and graduated at the Barcelona ETSA School of Architecture. Between 1986-92 he worked with Eduard Bru, participating in the development of the 1992 Olympic area of Vall d'Hebron, among other works. For 10 years he collaborated with Albert de Pineda, as Projects Director for health and social care buildings, highlighting its collaboration in the design of the Hospital del Mar de Barcelona (Olympic hospital), the Provincial Hospital of Castellon, Hospital Hedwigshöhe in Berlin-Treptow, the Hospital Pulido Valente in Lisbon and others.
He founded his own firm in 2001, BniT Architects, developing projects such as the Hospital of Baix Penedès in Vendrell, Specialty Center of Diagnosis and Treatment of Illescas (Toledo) and many others.

Recently has won the following Project Competitions: Spanish Hospital of Malabo (Equatorial Guinea), Enlargement of the Hospital Arnau de Vilanova (Lleida), New CAR of Torremolinos (Malaga) and Ernest Lluch Hospital (Barcelona), under development at present.

Joaquín López Baldán
Principal

Masters Degree in Architectural Restoration and Rehabilitation completed at the CSA Antonio Camuñas Architecture Foundation. Madrid 1992.
Associate Professor at Granada ETSA School of Architecture since 1997 to 2001.
Associate Professor at Malaga ETSA School of Architecture since 2005 to 2008.
Assistant Professor at Summer Workshop in Motril. University of Granada. 2005
Member of the Commitee of Contents for the TV Documentary The Silent Music. RTVA Television.

Born in 1964, studied and graduated as architect in 1990 at the Sevilla ETSA School of Architecture. He is a Masters Degree in Architectural Restoration and Rehabilitation of Buildings at the Madrid CSA Antonio Camuñas Architecture Foundation.
He has taught as Associate Professor at Granada ETSA School of Architecture and at Malaga ETSA School of Architecture, in architectural design from 1997 to 2008.
Along with Maria José M. Palma founded LbMp architects, performing works of architecture primarily for public administrations.
This award winnig Architecture Practice is mainly focused in the area of healthcare, cultural and educational architecture and they also besides develop professional practice in Restoration and Refurbishment of ancient buildings.
LbMp architects has obtained several prizes and honor awards in project design competitions as well as acknowledgments to their completed work
Recently they completed works of the new Health Center in Alora, Málaga. Currently developing projects such as the new Health Center in Nerja and the New CAR for the Torremolinos Hospital both in Málaga.

Benjamín Gallardo
Principal

MCH Master in Collective Housing- Advanced Architecture at the Madrid ETSA School of Architecture - 2007
Born in Malaga in 1982, studied and graduated at the Granada ETSA School of Architecture.

Among his most notable achievements are the first prize received in the project competition for the construction of 13 social housing units in Soria and the honourables metions in the International Project competition for the construction of the University of Psychology of Malaga and for the construction of the National Architecture Museum of Salamanca.

María José Muñoz Palma
Principal

Master in Installations Systems Design and Energy Efficient Building Design by University of Seville. 2013.
Born in Málaga in 1972 María José Muñoz Palma studied and graduated at the Sevilla School of Architecture in 1999.

He founded, along with Joaquin Lopez Baldán his own professional practice in 2002 developing since then an awarded career, with several prizes and recognitions in projects competition ideas.
